CHICAGO CONDO

I did some remodeling work on a condo in Chicago over 2 weeks this past winter.  While the homeowner had already contracted a number of the items, I was hired to complete some additional projects in several of the rooms.  Here are some pictures along with a description of what I completed;

Guest Bathroom

I did everything in this bathroom except for leaving the original floor;

I demo’ed the sink peninsula, brought out the wall flush with the fridge wall, finished the remaining walls for paint and tiled the backsplash;

I removed the mantel and mirror, framed & finished the recess to accept the TV and tiled the fireplace surround;

CINCINNATI KITCHEN #3

Here is a remodel of a Cincinnati eat-in kitchen.  In addition to renovating the kitchen, we created a pass through into their living room;

CINCINNATI KITCHEN #2

Here are before and afters of a kitchen remodel in Norwood.  It was a small kitchen so the camera angles were tough.  In addition, we updated the joining sunroom with new windows, trim and tile;

NASHVILLE WINDOW REPLACMENT

Here are before and afters of a window replacement in Nashville.  The homeowners wanted to replace their single pane 1920's windows however they wanted to keep the exterior look as original as possible.  Therefore the "before and afters" are not much different- the brown exterior and matching grid replicates the old windows however they gain double pane insulated sashes which will make a huge difference on the inside.  Plus they can now actually open their windows!
